Welcome to Brandon Gale Voice Studio
By booking or attending sessions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for all clients and tutors involved.
Conduct & Behaviour
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. All clients (or guardians on behalf of minors) must:
- Behave respectfully in all classes/workshops and one-to-one lessons.
- Refrain from using abusive, explicit, aggressive or discriminatory language or behaviour.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of coaching or participation without refund.
Health & Safety
Please do not attend any session (online or in-person) if you are unwell, especially if your illness could affect your vocal health or others’ well-being.
If you arrive unwell, you may be refused entry, and no refund will be issued.
If you need to reschedule due to illness, please follow the rescheduling guidelines in Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy.
Session Payments & Booking
All sessions must be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance* using the payment information sent out via the confirmation email.
*Any changes to this must be agreed with the tutor.
Lesson Packages
Package Payment:
- All packages are required to be paid in full before the first session takes place and cannot be implemented retrospectively.
Package Usage:
- All sessions purchased as part of a block booking must be booked and attended within six (6) months of the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within this time period. Any sessions remaining unused after the six-month expiry period will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
- Block booking sessions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative services.
- Please see the Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy for information on changes to package sessions.
Extensions to the expiry period may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the tutor, but are not guaranteed.
Cooling-Off Period:
- In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, clients booking online or at a distance have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days of purchase without charge, provided that the session or package has not yet commenced.
- Where a client requests that a session or package begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, they acknowledge that their right to cancel will be lost once the service has started.
- If a block booking or package is cancelled within the cooling-off period and before any sessions have taken place, a full refund will be issued.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
One-to-One Sessions:
- Online and in-person sessions: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule or cancel via the link in your confirmation email as shown in the example below:

- Missed Sessions: For online sessions, we allow a 10-minute window for you to join. After this time, the session will be closed, and no refund will be given.
- Tutor Cancellations: In the event we must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be informed as early as possible. If 24 hours’ notice cannot be given, you will be offered a choice between:
- A full refund
- Rescheduling the session.
If you miss the 24-hour notice window, you are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Any missed session will require payment via BACS before future sessions can be confirmed.
Any exceptions to cancellation/rescheduling terms are made at the discretion of the tutor.
Privacy Policy
Brandon Gale Voice Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This section explains how we collect and use your personal data through our website, bgvoicestudio.uk, and associated services.
What We Collect:
- Personal details you provide when booking (e.g. name, email, billing address, payment info).
- Device information such as IP address, browser type, and site activity.
- Communication details including phone number and social media handles if you contact us via those platforms.
Why We Collect It:
- To manage your bookings and deliver our services.
- To contact you regarding your session.
- To monitor and improve our services.
- To process refunds and manage accounts.
We may reach out via:
- Email – session reminders or schedule changes.
- Social media – if that’s how you reached out.
- WhatsApp – if you’ve provided a contact number.
Who We Share Your Data With:
- Team members, only when necessary to provide services.
- Service providers such as WordPress (our website host).
- No data is sold or shared without your permission unless required by law.
You can at any time:
- Request a copy of your personal data.
- Ask us to correct, delete or restrict data we hold.
- Object to data use for direct marketing.
- Withdraw your consent.

Data Storage:
Your data may be processed outside of the UK or EEA, including by third parties such as WordPress, in line with GDPR-compliant safeguards.
